Restaurant De Zeeland is located in an intimate and elegant monumental building at Nassaulaan 1, in the heart of Haarlem. 

After years of experience in top restaurants, we started our restaurant in 2017. Simplicity, personality, character and craftsmanship form the basis of our business.The restaurant has an intimate setting that allows us to give our guests the attention that we would like to experience ourselves.
All ingredients come from small-scale producers, or from our own garden, which ensures a traceable product. Our fish is sustainably caught, we grow our own vegetables and herbs and we try to limit the use of meat.

The dishes change according to the season and the supply of suppliers. As a result, the menu is constantly changing and can even change weekly. The menu on our website is therefore only indicative.The dishes at De Zeeuw are characterized by the attention to the product, their playful and light character, but always with the preservation of quality and craftsmanship.

Janine de Zeeuw has worked at FG** in Rotterdam, &Moshik** in Amsterdam, Chapeau** in Bloemendaal, De Bokkedoorns** in Overveen and Aan de Poel** in Amstelveen, among others.
